A range of Two-Axis PC Controlled Wire Forming machines that take wire or strip directly from coil to produce two-dimensional parts. The umw ultimat is equipped with our Pulse Type Butt-Welder to also produce welded frames and rings. The um/umw are designed for low and high production runs, as well as for prototypes and JIT manufacturing. Several models are available to cover a wire range from 0.080" to 0.629". Our Closed Die Cutting System produces a burr-free cut.

The um/umw ultimat machines are very user friendly, easy to program, easy to set-up and easy to maintain. Generally, no special tooling is required. ultimat wire forming machines are available with options to meet your production requirements including a Secondary Bend Head, Presses, Drilling Stations, Punching, Stamping, Chamfering and Automatic Unloading or Transferring Units.

The um/umw ultimat machines are very versatile and are cost effective machines for the manufacture of simple frames and rings to complex parts requiring close tolerances. All um/umw ultimat machines incorporate the latest developments in motion control and servo technology. A separate Operator Station houses the "touch screen" PC with Windows ® control.
