• Penn 400° Rotary Air Bender No. 1CS

For precision bending of round, flat, and tube-shaped wire. This air powered unit forms sharp angles and radius bends to produce "U" bends, eyelets, scrolls, frames, and multi-bend combinations accurately.

A six position turret stop easily adjusts to control bend degrees up to 420°. This standard feature permits up to six different bend degree operations to be combined. A bend area safety guard has been added for operator safety. This rugged, high production unit features hardened tooling, quality air components and centralized lubrication.

Special tooling is available to fit your needs. Capacity up to 5/8" diameter rod. A versatile machine that will provide years of productive service.

Trims cross wires on grilles, shelves, racks, and baskets quickly and cleanly. A heavy duty unit for trimming both perpendicular and angular cuts to meet your requirements. Wires of varied diameters can be trimmed in just one operation. Fully adjustable and features variable speed drives to meet your needs and insure a quality product on steel or stainless steel wires. Standard machine is wired for 115V. single phase electricity. Wire capacity up to 5/16".
