Penn Machinery Company was established in the early 1900's as a metal and wood working machinery dealer located in Philadelphia. Mr. J. Alfred Manning purchased the company in the mid 1950's and redirected its efforts to specialize in wire working and wire processing equipment. In the early 1960's, Penn started to build its own line of Wire Benders, Ring Rollers, and Wire Trimmers that it still supplies today. Being both Sales Representatives, as well as a machinery builder gives us at Penn a unique perspective on not only providing a quality product, but the importance of responding quickly and providing quality support and service.

Our philosophy at Penn Machinery is to offer quality equipment to meet our customer's requirements and to provide our customers with prompt quality service. Our goal is to respond quickly and effectively to our customers' needs and to offer cost effective solutions for their production requirements.

Penn Machinery Company is the North American Agent for ULTIMATION MACHINES, LTD. who design and manufacture wire forming, welding and special purpose machines for the wire industry.  Established in 1991, ULTIMATION MACHINES is a leading force with its ULTIMAT 2D WIRE FORMING AND WELDING MACHINES. 

ULTIMATION MACHINES is a progressive company using state of the art 3D modeling and CAD/CAM software to complete and perfect new designs for new models, tooling and modifications to meet our customer’s requirements, as well as for special purpose machines.
